Job Title: Service Engineer

Location(s): Colorado Springs, CO

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced On-Site Service Engineer to support enterprise data center and server environments, including next-generation AI infrastructure. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role responsible for maintaining server uptime, performing hardware maintenance, troubleshooting complex issues, and delivering exceptional onsite technical support. Prior AI platform experience is not required; strong server and data center experience is the primary requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite support for enterprise servers and data center infrastructure.
  • Perform server builds, deployments, swaps, and hardware replacements.
  • Replace and troubleshoot CPUs, memory, power supplies, GPUs, and other server components.
  • Perform firmware updates and preventive maintenance.
  • Diagnose hardware, firmware, and operating system issues.
  • Escalate complex issues when appropriate.
  • Follow established Plans of Action (POA) for support activities.
  • Document all work accurately and in real time.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal technical teams.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and extended support coverage as needed.
  • Continuously learn and support emerging technologies, including AI platforms.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in field service, data center, server support, or enterprise hardware environments.
  • Hands-on experience supporting enterprise server hardware.
  • Experience with:
    • Server builds
    • Server swaps
    • Server deployments
    • CPU replacement
    • Memory replacement
    • Power supply replacement
    • GPU replacement
    • Complete server replacement
  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
