Responsibilities- Manage and supervise the service department to ensure efficient and high-quality operations.
- Develop and implement service policies and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and departmental efficiency.
- Coordinate with parts, sales, and other departments to streamline workflow and promote teamwork.
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports for senior management.
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high standards of performance and customer care.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
Requirements- Proven experience in automotive service management or a related leadership role.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
