Job Description:

As an Operations Team Lead, you will guide a Service Delivery / Quality Manager responsible for maintaining quality control and assurance programs, managing risk and continuous improvement, overseeing program operational status, reporting alarm anomalies, supporting project requirements, communicating issues to stakeholders, and monitoring project timelines and progress.

This position supports our intelligence customer. We’re seeking a qualified individual who can collect and report program data; maintain the program Risk Register by evaluating existing and emerging risks with the PMO and identifying new opportunities to support the customer; and manage the program’s Innovation Station to keep contributors engaged and remove obstacles. The role also serves as the program’s QA/QC lead, ensuring standardized processes for checkouts, testing, and compliance, and authoring the QA/QC SOP. Additional responsibilities include supporting the program manager through operational oversight, preparing and briefing quarterly PMR materials, drafting meeting minutes, and tracking action items. The individual will engage consistently with site and technical leads and participate in routine tag-ups, maintain an up‑to‑date operational picture across all program sites by monitoring alarm conditions in Nlyte, investigating alarm spikes, issuing ad hoc notifications, and staying informed of site developments, and collect weekly alarm data to produce a comprehensive weekly alarm report with trend analysis for customer leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve a Serve as the program Privileged Initiator (PUI) for account requests.
  • Review, edit, and author SOPs and process documents in coordination with peer review and government approval steps.
  • Ensure communication and information sharing across sites and contracts.
  • Perform complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of contract programs.
  • Assist with developing plans, budgets, and schedules, and monitor compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Define program plan requirements and conduct studies to optimize plans.
  • Monitor and report program performance against cost, schedule, and contractual objectives.
  • Regularly interact with high-level customers and industry partners to ensure requirements are met.
  • Support business development activities.
  • Participate in special projects as required.
  • Provide guidance or leadership to less experienced analysts; may serve as mentor or team lead.

The likely salary range for this position is $142,792 - $181,700. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
