Full Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc presentations to client executives highlighting pertinent updates relating to client needs
• Execute the R1 strategy as a team member who can translate everyday learnings into best practices, optimizing performance, and leading the transformation• Lead necessary analytics required to clearly communicate to clients both overall performance as well as specific ad-hoc subject matter areas
• Proactively communicate metric performance and the detailed drivers/risks/barriers behind the data to help drive action plans creation• Act as an advocate for change agent to help establish common goals and create alliances across hospital organization to optimize success
• Proactive identification of projects that will improve operational performance metrics
• Work hand in hand with internal R1 customer operations team to align operational objectives, understand current performance levels, and identify and develop remediation plans for any risks identified
• Partner with R1 functional leaders on decisions regarding daily operations within assigned hospital(s)• Focus on development, performance, and growth of the Revenue Cycle Team • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• At least 5+ years of Operational experience with at least 3 years in Revenue Cycle and 2+ years of management experience.

Bachelor's - Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
