Service Delivery Manager
Job Description:
As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to our clients. You will work closely with our client management team to ensure that all service requirements are met and that our clients receive the best possible service. Your role will involve managing a team of service delivery specialists and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement service delivery strategies to meet client needs and expectations
- Manage a team of service delivery specialists, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Collaborate with the client management team to understand service requirements and develop customized solutions
- Monitor service delivery performance and implement improvements as needed
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements and contractual obligations
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for service-related matters
- Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor industry trends and developments to identify potential opportunities for service enhancements
- Prepare and present reports on service delivery performance to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in service delivery management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of contract management and service level agreements
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
