Position: Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requiring service and maintenance.

Provide expert advice and recommendations on Cadillac's luxury vehicles.

Ensure that all customer needs are met with the utmost attention and care.

Coordinate with the service team to deliver timely and precise services.

Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions.

Uphold Cadillac's commitment to excellence and luxury in every customer interaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a service advisor role, preferably within a luxury automotive environment.

Strong understanding of automotive technology and luxury vehicle maintenance.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering outstanding results.

Previous GM experience is a strong plus.
