- Pay: $64,500.00 - $161,800.00 annually
- Schedule: 5-day work week with Sundays and 1 rotating weekday off.
- Department Hours: Mon-Fri: 7:30am - 5:30pm, Sat: 8am-4pm, Sun: Closed
What you'll Bring:- Greet customers promptly and provide an exceptional service experience.
- Accurately document customer concerns and create repair orders.
- Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and timelines.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Build long-term customer relationships through outstanding communication and follow-up.
- Help achieve departmental customer satisfaction and performance goals.
What We're Looking For:- 2+ years of Service Advisor experience, preferably in a dealership environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- CDK experience is a plus.
- Experience with luxury or European brands is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Total RewardsThe annual California pay range for this position is $64,500.00 - $161,800.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
