THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN PLEASANT GROVE, CA.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for assisting in the service shop and advising on work orders, while keeping the Service Manager and Service Supervisors updated.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Working with customer on service repairs and work order status
  • Communicate with Service Manager and Service Supervisor
  • Work with Service Supervisor on reviewing LDL.
  • Communicate with customers on a daily basis
  • Write up quotes and maintain jobs work orders.
  • Ability to schedule and understand workflow.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and/or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge with CAT or earthmoving equipment is preferred.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write service reports.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variable in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must have a valid California driver's license class C or higher and a clear DMV driving record.

COMPENSATION

Wage Range $75,000 to $90,000 Yearly

Wage depends on knowledge, skills and ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
