- Be the center of communication between our auto repair company and our customers. Follow our belief in total transparency to sell repairs and service based on our customer's needs, goals, and desires. Assist customers both in store and over the phone, email, text to provide them with an exceptional auto repair experience.
What we are looking for?- People-person is a must 😁
- Shared belief in making a customer, not just a sale.
- At least 2 years of automotive service writing experience or other related customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented
- Desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment
How much can I make in this position?Annual Compensation Range: $100,000-$140,000+ (based on sales performance)
