Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Quality or related fields with project management knowledge.
• Proficient in problem-solving and quality processes, with a focus on product design.
• Strong skills in communication and management of quality issues.
• Competent in risk analysis and management of consequences.
• Ability to lead and mobilize cross-functional teams effectively.
• Flexible and autonomous in learning new tools and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a quality convergence plan to meet objectives set by the quality authority.
• Analyze quality results and key performance indicators, including warranty claims and costs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to address field issues and manage escalation for quality problems.
• Oversee the resolution of engineering quality issues, ensuring proper documentation in systems.
• Support issue engineering efforts with relevant quality data and problem-solving methodologies.
• Ensure production non-conformities are resolved by factory quality teams.
• Identify potential service campaigns and collaborate with the quality organization for further action.
