OverviewAs SEO Supervisor, you function as a key member of the SEO team and are responsible for overseeing the translation of SEO strategies into final recommendations based on the client's campaign goals and objectives.
ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities:
- Consistently evaluates and improves SEO processes & opportunities.
- Exhibits strong SEO expertise across verticals and across technical and content skill sets.
- Plans and executes SEO strategy; provides analysis when necessary and is responsible for analysis of results.
- Writes actionable, insightful POVs.
- Develops/strengthens knowledge of basic programming languages.
People/Team
- Assists with interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding of new employees.
- Facilitates trainings on best practices.
- Works across internal development, creative, IA, copy, & account teams to implement SEO best practices and requirements.
- Implements agency and departmental policies for team
Client Stewardship
- Serves as primary point of contact for SEO program management.
- Contributes to new business efforts as needed.
- Demonstrates "big picture" understanding of client's marketing strategy.
Qualifications- 6+ years of experience in technology or content environment
- Experience working on product launches
- Client facing experience
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as conductor, Brightedge, or search metrics.
- Experience with web analytics platforms (GA, Adobe, etc)
- Experience contributing to thought capital and knowledge sharing, both internally and externally.
- Has led SEO strategy and executed tactics flawlessly.
- Proven experience as a trusted advisor to the internal client team.
- Demonstrated ability to recognize complex ideas and elevate them to a senior audience.
- Has partnered with internal team leads to pursue business advancement opportunities.
- Has successfully developed/mentored junior staff
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Working knowledge of front-end development, not required but preferred

Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $102,700.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
