OverviewThe SEO Account Supervisor leads larger relationships and a team of SEO managers for a client or group of brands to ensure the best campaign strategy and execution. You will report to the SEO Associate Director.
ResponsibilitiesKnowledge
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing and search as a whole
- Knowledge of SEO and search industry trends/current best practices
- Basic knowledge of all media categories (Planning, SEM, Media, Technology)
- Basic understanding of SEO performance monitoring tools
- Proficient project management skills
- Can identify new ways to evolve strategic SEO approach and processes
Internal: Operations and Strategy
- Lead strategic approach of SEO campaigns
- Help to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration by working with team members to craft holistic plans and reports
- Recommend specific SEO deliverables and provide SEO campaigns that align with client goals
- Correlate campaign dependencies to other media or development initiatives
- Monitor competitive landscape and communicate campaign impact
- Oversee high value brands and category level strategies
- Lead executive level reporting efforts and initiatives with a storytelling ability
- Supervise and lead delegation of workload to Associates or Managers
- Lead internal discussions regarding media recommendations
- Knowledge of the role, strengths and weaknesses of a variety of media channels
- Lead internal and external discussions in all media topics
- Keep all teams up to date on status of projects verbally or in writing
- Solve problems and improve processes and efficiencies
- Build relationships, lead and communicates across all partners
- Show accountability for team's work
Client Relationship
- Build trusting relationships with client counterparts as the daily contact
- Guide clients through search programs, how they are related to measurements, and ensure continued search performance growth
- Able to answer search questions and propose new growth opportunities when it makes sense
- Able to connect SEO to other marketing objectives and overall client objectives
Qualifications- 3-5 Years of significant and progressive advertising agency experience with hands-on SEO exposure
- Knowledge of SEO performance monitoring and auditing tools
- Adherence to agency procedures

Compensation Range: $75,000 - $107,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
