The Sensor Operations Analyst supports the performance, reliability, and data integrity of a fleet of 12,000+ chemical injection monitoring devices across North America. This role serves as a key liaison between field operations, customers, vendors, and internal teams, providing technical and digital support, troubleshooting device and data issues, monitoring program performance, and driving issue resolution.

The position combines hands-on operational support with data analysis and digital automation tool development, including reporting, automation, and system improvements. The primary focus of this role is the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital tools and automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve data visibility, streamline workflows, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances analytical and operational responsibilities, and collaborates effectively across multiple stakeholders to ensure going program performance.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant technical, product support, operations, or data analysis experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical systems, devices, software applications, or connectivity issues.
  • Experience working with customers, field personnel, or cross-functional operational teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive issue resolution.
  • Experience supporting technical products, connected devices, sensors, or digital solutions.

Job Duties:
  • Develop and maintain automation tools and workflow solutions using Python, APIs, LLMs, and data platforms to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, reduce manual effort, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for field personnel, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding sensor-related questions, issues, and technical support.
  • Provide troubleshooting, user coaching, and issue resolution for sensor devices, software platforms, connectivity challenges, data transmission, and API integrations.
  • Support device commissioning, configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance while ensuring data quality and reliability across a fleet of 12,000+ monitoring devices.
  • Monitor device health, pump variance, dosage accuracy, and key performance indicators through exception-based reporting and proactive performance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, performance tracking tools, and reporting solutions to improve operational visibility and decision-making.
  • Create and enhance Python-based automation tools, workflow improvements, API integrations, and data management solutions to increase efficiency, scalability, and program performance.
