Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Total Rewards Consultant to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of Workday Total Rewards solutions. This role partners with Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, HR, and business leaders to deliver scalable and innovative total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Compensation, Benefits, HR, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize total rewards programs aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Compensation and Benefits solutions to support evolving business and workforce needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on compensation strategy, benefits administration, pay equity, rewards governance, and workforce retention best practices.
  • Support global and regional total rewards initiatives, including organizational transformations and process improvements.
  • Configure and maintain Workday business processes for Compensation and Benefits.
  • Streamline total rewards administration through automation, workflow optimization, and employee self-service capabilities.
  • Support annual compensation planning cycles, merit increases, bonus planning, promotions, and benefits open enrollment activities.
  • Ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support compensation planning, benefits administration, workforce costs, and executive decision-making.
  • Analyze compensation trends, pay equity, benefits utilization, workforce costs, participation metrics, and compensation planning outcomes to provide actionable business insights.
  • Support data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and data quality initiatives during implementations and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to support Payroll, benefits carriers, third-party vendors, and other enterprise applications.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation governance, benefits regulations, audit requirements, and data privacy standards.
  • Evaluate Workday biannual releases, assess business impacts, and recommend adoption of new Compensation and Benefits functionality.
  • Lead or support testing activities, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, recommend continuous improvements, and support ongoing system optimization.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to successful project delivery across cross-functional teams.


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday Compensation and/or Workday Benefits.
  • Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end Workday implementations.
  • Strong experience configuring and supporting Workday Compensation and Benefits.
  • Workday Compensation Certification required.
  • Workday Benefits Certification required.
  • Workday HCM Certification required.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-country compensation and benefits programs.
  • Experience integrating Workday with Payroll systems, benefits carriers, and third-party vendors.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
  • Experience developing Workday reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
  • Knowledge of compensation planning, pay equity, compensation benchmarking, rewards governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience supporting Workday biannual releases and testing cycles, including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Advanced Reporting, and People Analytics.
  • Experience supporting large-scale HR or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Workday Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, or other HCM modules.
  • Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments with global HR operations.


Pay Transparency

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $92,408-$171,125. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
