Job Description:
Workday Development:
- Develop, configure, and maintain Workday solutions across HCM, Financials, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, and Recruiting modules.
- Design and build scalable Workday integrations with internal and third-party applications.
- Develop custom solutions using Workday Studio, Extend, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
- Support Workday releases, enhancements, and production deployments.
Integration Development:
- Design and implement:
- Workday Studio Integrations
- Core Connectors
- EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- PECI/PICOF Integrations
- Cloud Connect Integrations
- REST/SOAP API Integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Optimize existing integrations for performance, stability, and scalability.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop advanced Workday reports and dashboards.
- Build Composite Reports, Matrix Reports, and Calculated Fields.
- Support business reporting and data analytics requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy and reporting compliance.
Security Administration:
- Configure and maintain role-based security models.
- Implement and support domain security policies.
- Perform security audits and access reviews.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and project teams.
- Participate in solution design workshops and technical architecture discussions.
- Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices.
- Support estimation, planning, and delivery activities.
Production Support & Optimization:
- nalyze incidents and provide timely resolutions.
- Support Workday upgrades and feature adoption initiatives.
- Monitor integration performance and implement improvements.
- Drive continuous process and system optimization efforts.
