Senior Wireless TAC Engineer
This role has been designed as ‘’Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

Smart machines are well-suited to set them up, to optimize their operation, and to ensure stability & security. We are looking for a someone who goes distances to make sure customers are wildly successful. A person who communicates with customers, understands their questions as well as solves complex technical issues. You will become the subject matter expert in Enterprise Wireless and Wired Networks.
Responsibilities:
Triage and Resolve Customer Support Escalations from multiple inbound channels
Meet or exceed customer expectations on response quality, timeliness of responses, and overall customer experience.
Build and maintain layer 2/3 network testbeds.
Understand features and reproduce customer issues.
File tickets on bugs found.
Analyze logs and pinpoint root causes.
Work with developers and drive solutions.
Participate in relevant meetings and discussions and provide status reports.
Ask good questions.
Qualifications:
In-depth Knowledge in Layer 2 and Layer 3 Networking
In-depth Knowledge in 802.11 Wi-Fi standards
HPE Router & Switch Certifications is a plus
Experience level: 7+ years
BA/BS/MS in EECS or related subject area
