Full Job Description
THE ROLE
We currently have a vacancy for a WholeSale Planner who will develop, execute, and communicate financial plans and strategies to maximize sales and profits for each season/year, along with supporting overall objectives of the North America business for AllSaints & John Varvatos. A key partner for the North America Sales team based in LA reporting to the VP of Wholesale, and working alongside the UK Planning team. The goal of the Planning function is to drive the business (Revenue, EBITA) through strategic seasonal merchandise planning, controlled inventory management, OTB management and insightful commercial analysis.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Create a top-line Quarterly/ Seasonal strategy relating to all KPI's working collaboratively with the Sales team & Global Planning team. Drive product strategy goals.
Provide historical analysis to develop Quarterly / Seasonal Planning Forecasts and weekly summary of key performance indicators relating to sales, stock, profit, versus budget and last year.
Monitor wholesale products sell and work with the global planning team to manage company inventory.
Proactively drive re-order fulfillment by reviewing stock in North America(NA), Distribution Center (DC).
Maintain Weekly Shipping and intake forecasts, closely monitor intake flow into the business to hit monthly forecasts, drive sales and minimize risks and communicate to DC for short term workflow planning and longer-term budgeting
Work closely with Global merchandising teams to ensure stock availability is maximized and drive order fulfillment
Own NA stock by driving in-season sales through the utilization of ATS and identifying opportunities to reduce stock holding.
Drive Continuity business by actively reviewing performance and highlighting trading opportunities by working closely with accounts and global teams. Submit product projections and replenishment forecasts for NA Wholesale region within set deadlines and track Replen/Continuity product performance against forecasts to determine areas of opportunity and risks for sales.
Maximize Nordstrom portal for accurate analysis and partner sales team in partner review meetings.
Maximize drop-ship opportunity by reviewing weekly performance and adding customer choices based on inventory. Proactively drive reorders based on sell out.
Consolidate and compare best sellers across all partners & retail for North America and recommend key weekly trade actions by partner by
Building & submitting annual account support packages including scenario modeling to identify profit risk. Be the main point of contact for the Finance team to follow through on NA queries. Update Support Tracker each month to ensure we are sticking to the agreed-upon % support model per account
Partner with the Sales team and Global planning team in preparation for the market by creating account-specific performance recaps and financial overviews to better assess performance. Present Planning overviews in market appointments with Sales team and Accounts while owning NA order book and track and report on order fulfillment.
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
Excellent analytical/retail math skills and advanced excel skills required. Strong knowledge of Wholesale systems
Proven track record of working cross functionally with multiple departments
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple demands with efficiency
Flexible hours needed to support US business.
EXPERIENCE:
4+ years of Wholesale experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience with Microsoft Suite Products, Google, G Suite, and gmail as a professional email service, and other relevant project management softwares
This is a full time salaried position available at a rate of: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 USD/Yearly

Our North America region is made up of 71 retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, with our flagship store in New York City. We are primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand's iconic aesthetic to West Hollywood, CA.
