JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in Design, Web Development, or a related field. • 5-8 years of professional experience in web design and/or Webflow development. • Advanced proficiency in web design principles and hands-on Webflow development, with the ability to work independently. • Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first development, and cross-browser compatibility best practices. • Working knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), WCAG accessibility standards, and website performance optimization. • Experience developing and maintaining consistent brand standards and design systems across websites. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to make independent decisions related to layout, branding, and user experience. • Proficiency with Webflow (Designer, CMS, and Editor), Figma, and front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in a confidential, compliance-focused, or government contractor environment preferred.
