As a Senior Water Resources / Stormwater Management Engineer (Project Manager), you'll lead high-impact stormwater, watershed, hydrologic, and hydraulic engineering projects that shape resilient communities across Ontario and Canada. You'll guide multidisciplinary teams, mentor talent, and bring forward technical solutions that help clients solve complex water challenges.

Your Impact
  • Coordinate and manage water resources and stormwater management projects for diverse clients and sectors.
  • Lead all aspects of project management, including scope, schedule, budget, invoicing, deliverables, and subconsultant coordination.
  • Mentor junior and intermediate engineers and technicians, supporting their technical and professional growth.
  • Serve as subject matter expert and, where appropriate, Engineer of Record on designated assignments.
  • Prepare, compile, review, and present technical studies, analyses, memoranda, and engineering reports.
  • Support design development of stormwater management facilities, channel rehabilitations, hydraulic structures, and related water resources infrastructure.
  • Prepare and review tender documentation including technical specifications and bid packages.
  • Convey project findings clearly in written reports, stakeholder meetings, interviews, and presentations.

The Skills That Set You Apart
  • 8+ years of water resources and stormwater management relevant engineering experience, ideally within consulting.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario.
  • Demonstrated project management experience overseeing varied water resources projects; PMP certification is an asset.
  • Strong technical writing skills and experience presenting at public meetings or stakeholder sessions.
  • Knowledge of Master Plans and Municipal Class Environmental Assessments.
  • Experience with stormwater quantity and quality control design across transportation, rail, private development, and municipal infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in hydrologic and hydraulic modelling tools including HEC-RAS, PCSWMM, and Visual OTTHYMO; experience with InfoWorks ICM is an asset.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT:
$93,700 - $124,200

MB & ON:
$85,500 - $117,800

NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC:
$84,700 - $112,400
