Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Manager & Logistics Manager to lead our warehouse operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This individual will oversee warehousing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and transportation while driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in warehouse operations, process improvement, inventory management, and team development.
Requirements
- Lead all warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations.
- Develop and execute strategies for inbound and outbound material flow.
- Improve inventory accuracy through effective inventory control processes.
- Develop, implement, and maintain warehouse SOPs and GMPs.
- Oversee logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations across company facilities.
- Partner with Operations, Production, and other departments to meet customer and production demands.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and warehouse standards.
- Manage lot tracking, traceability, and allergen control processes.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing warehouse team while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing warehouse operations within a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, shipping, and receiving.
- Experience developing SOPs and GMP documentation.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; warehouse management systems experience is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
