Full Job Description
The Senior Visual Designer is a key creative and strategic role in Klue's product org. You'll deeply understand our users, translate that understanding into intuitive and beautiful experiences, and hold a high bar on both UX quality and visual craft. This is a UX role first, with strong visual taste to match.

You'll own product areas end-to-end, from discovery and research through interaction design, visual execution, and production. You'll work as a peer alongside our designer, PMs, and engineers, create intuitive shared patterns that let the broader EPD team build consistent, polished UI without a designer in every conversation.

This is an opportunity to design the software of the future: AI first, agent led tools that behave more like team mates than a SaaS product. If delivering that type of experience with craft, simplicity and speed interest you... let's talk.

What9s In It for You?

This is a chance to own product quality in a space where design is genuinely consequential. Competitive intelligence is complex, multi-persona, and high-stakes; the design challenges here are real, not cosmetic. You'll work with a team that's serious about experimentation, iteration, and craft, with real latitude to push on AI-enabled design workflows.

What You9ll Do
  • UX Ownership. Own the end-to-end experience of major product areas, from discovery and problem framing through interaction design, visual execution, and production handoff. You help shape the spec, not just execute it.
  • Research & Discovery. Run or facilitate user interviews, usability tests, and synthesis sessions. Translate what you learn into clear, actionable design direction.
  • Visual Craft. Bring genuine aesthetic judgment to everything you touch. Your screens are polished, considered, and consistent. You have opinions about typography, spacing, and color, and you act on them.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration. Be the design thought partner PMs and engineers actually go to. You can hold your own in a product discussion, push back with evidence, and align quickly on constraints.
  • AI-Accelerated Iteration. Use AI prototyping tools (v0, Framer, Galileo, Cursor, etc.) to explore ideas and ship higher-fidelity prototypes faster, and help build workflows that let non-designers do the same without going off-piste.
  • Team Enablement. Build the components, LLM rules, assets and docs that let PMs and devs prototype and ship system-aligned work more autonomously.
  • Audit & Quality. Proactively identify where the product feels fragmented or off-brand, and drive the work to fix it.

What Success Looks Like

You'll know you're thriving when:
  • Users can navigate complex tasks without needing a guide, because the experience itself is clear.
  • The product feels cohesive, like it was designed by one thoughtful person, not assembled from parts.
  • Your PM and engineering partners feel like they have a genuine thought partner, not a resource to schedule.
  • Research insights reliably make it into shipped decisions, not just into a Figma file somewhere.
  • The team ships faster because design patterns are established, documented, and actually used.

What You Bring
Must-Haves:
  • Senior Product Design Experience. Designing digital products, with a portfolio showing your UX process, visual quality, and shipped outcomes.
  • UX Fundamentals. Strong command of research methods, interaction design, and information architecture. Proven ability to simplify complex workflows for non-expert users. B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • Visual Taste. A strong aesthetic sensibility and a track record of shipping UI that's genuinely beautiful, not just technically correct. Your portfolio makes this obvious.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration. A track record of working closely with PMs and engineers to navigate constraints and ship at pace. You're a peer in those conversations, not a vendor.
  • AI Tool Fluency. Hands-on experience using AI-assisted design and prototyping tools, and ideally helping others prototype faster and more consistently.
  • Communication. You document your thinking, explain your rationale, and create shared understanding across disciplines.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Design system ownership or maintenance experience.
  • Experience simplifying complex, multi-persona B2B SaaS workflows.
  • Motion design and micro-interaction skills.
  • Experience with competitive intelligence, sales enablement, or related B2B domains.
  • Prior experience mentoring junior designers or shaping design culture on a small team.
