Key Qualifications & Responsibilities
- 15+ years of progressive experience within the insurance, risk management, brokerage, or financial services industry, including senior leadership responsibilities.
- Lead the development and execution of the U.S. market growth strategy, aligning business objectives with overall organizational goals.
- Drive revenue growth through new business development, client retention, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients, carriers, and industry partners.
- Partner with regional and business leaders to identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive advantages.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and leadership forums to enhance brand presence and market influence.
- Utilize market intelligence and data analytics to inform strategic decision-making and drive business results.
- Champion organizational change initiatives and support continued growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

Compensation
The expected base salary range for this role is $350,000- 435,000; actual pay rate will be determined based on factors including candidate experience and work location. This role is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
