Production Services Application Support - Securities Finance

We9re seeking a future team member for the role of Production Services Application Support to join our Production Services Securities Finance team. This role is located in Pittsburgh

In this role, you9ll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Provide rproduction support for the Securities Finance platform, improving alignment to business activity across trading, cash, and batch operations
  • Support application end-of-day processing, including oversight of critical operational activities and timely issue resolution
  • Oversee and support critical batch processing functions to help ensure stability, control, and execution across key platform workflows
  • Support end-of-day cash activities through cross-regional operational partnership and effective timezone overlap coverage

To be successful in this role, we9re seeking the following:
  • Bachelor9s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree is beneficial. 10-12 years of diverse experience in multiple areas of information technology required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Experience supporting business-critical production platforms in a global financial services environment, with exposure to trading, cash management, end-of-day processing, or batch operations
  • Strong technical and operational support experience across application production support, incident management, batch monitoring, platform stability, and cross-regional service delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-priority issues with urgency, communicate clearly across technology and business stakeholders, and operate effectively in a time-sensitive environment
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across regions and functions to improve service reliability, reduce risk, and support a resilient global support framework

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
