Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, POM Product Management to join our Global Fund Administration Product Team. This role is located New York.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Voice of the Customer: Act as the primary advocate for client needs and incorporate stakeholder feedback and testing
  • Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate product vision aligned with business goals
  • Agile Leadership:
    • Create and maintain a prioritized list of user stories and requirements
    • Lead sprint planning and backlog refinement.
    • Provide timely feedback and clarification during development cycles.
  • Quality Assurance: Accept or reject completed work based on predefined criteria.
  • Strategic Alignment:
    • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and other product owners, communicating progress, risks and outcomes
    • Make implementation trade-off decisions to deliver products with minimal defects.


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 10+ years in product management or related roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions. Experience in the securities or financial services industry preferred
  • Experience with product development and agile framework and ceremonies

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
