Full Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Vice President, Marketing that will own all marketing and strategic brand positioning for the company. You will be interfacing with other divisional heads coordinating your needs and theirs to ensure efficient execution of business goals. You will be working with a team where you can have a huge impact, and everyone is a stakeholder in the Company's success.

Your Experience
  • Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate
  • Strategic Marketing: lead the core positioning and messaging for the for the overall company as well as the Segments (business verticals)
  • Promote our corporate vision and values as the backbone of our growth model.
  • Experience building a strong team, aligning goals with overall business objectives
  • Ability to drive strategic marketing across the company including key messages, PR, brand, website content, customer facing presentations
  • Work collaboratively with Segments to drive end to end b-b marketing plans and strategic marketing campaigns (e.g. Auctions, Valuation, Digital Marketing - You understand best practices for digital channels, and platforms in order to optimize marketing and advertising through search engine optimization, content marketing, email list building, and social media marketing
  • Media - Knowledge and experience in managing online media, including digital and social media.
  • eCommerce - Understanding of the principles of online commerce and how to manage, measure, and optimize results.
  • Marketing Operations - Understanding of how to plan, execute, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns. Ability to work with graphic designers, web developers, and other colleagues to execute campaigns on time and in-budget.
