Core Objectives of the Role

  • Build and execute a future-state enterprise IT architecture.
  • Consolidate fragmented systems into a unified operating platform.
  • Align technology investments directly to business outcomes and measurable impact.
  • Lead digital transformation across retail, education, staffing, and e-commerce.
Strategic Responsibilities

  • Define and execute enterprise IT strategy and roadmap.
  • Drive application modernization and systems integration.
  • Ensure technology supports:
    • Operational efficiency.
    • Scalability.
    • Innovation (including AI/ML adoption).
  • Lead AI strategy development and implementation.
  • Oversee enterprise architecture across:
    • ERP systems.
    • CRM platforms.
    • POS systems.

Stakeholder Management

  • Works closely with:

    • Education services.
    • Workforce/staffing teams.
