Senior Vice President, Full-stack Engineer to join our CCE. This role is in New York City, NY.
In this role, you9ll make an impact in the following ways: - Programming well-designed, testable, efficient code in scalable client-side and server-side architecture. Analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites. Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to satisfy requirements and solutions. Maintain software functionality and currency (technical debt and gain). Actively participate in code reviews. Integrate software components into a fully functional software system. Apply security and privacy principles. Execute full lifecycle software development
- Facilitate technical discussions and oversee the team9s development work
- Foster a culture of learning, innovating, and continuous improvement
- Promote engineering best practices to deliver software via rapid iterations and frequent releases
- Actively participate in daily stand-up meetings and other Agile ceremonies
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure timely delivery across all the systems at the program level.
To be successful in this role, we9re seeking the following: - Bachelor9s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - Advanced degree preferred.
- 10 plus years of full stack technical experience
- Strong expertise in Java/Spring Boot/REST development, including microservices and event-driven architecture implementation
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript(3 plus Years)
- AI coding experience.
- Experience in test automation development using Cypress, Selenium or similar. Experience with Test-Driven-Development is preferred.
- Good to have RDBMS.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, either Sprint or Kanban.
- Solid grasp of Git, CI/CD, Agile principles.
- Strong technical and communication skills required.
- Knowledge and experience in financial services or fintech is preferred.
