We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Eagle Developer/Data Vault Specialist to join our Data & Analytics team. This role is located in Toronto, ON, Canada

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Eagle Developer / Eagle Data Vault Specialist with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Eagle product modules and Data Vault solutions. The role is responsible for development, enhancement, implementation, and production support of Eagle and Vault-based solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional and technical expertise in Eagle modules, strong Oracle PL/SQL skills, and a proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and deliver robust data and reporting solutions.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Design, develop, and enhance Eagle solutions across key product modules, including RDC, IWS, PDC, Message Center, Web Panels, Exporters/Uploaders, OLAP, Data Mart, Advanced Reports, and EDS.
• Lead implementation and enhancement activities for Data Vault solutions, ensuring scalable and reliable delivery aligned with business and operational requirements.
• Provide Level 2 production support for Eagle and Vault solutions, including incident analysis, issue resolution, root cause identification, and service stability improvements.
• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, propose effective technical solutions, and support successful delivery.
• Perform analysis of Eagle data structures and business workflows to support solution design, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Contribute to ongoing platform improvements, system maintenance, and performance tuning initiatives.
• Ensure solution quality through strong development practices, impact analysis, testing support, and documentation.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience working with Eagle product modules such as RDC, IWS, PDC, Message Center, Web Panels, Exporters/Uploaders, OLAP, Data Mart, Advanced Reports, and EDS.
• Strong experience in Eagle solutions development, implementation, and enhancement.
• Proven hands-on expertise in Data Vault solutions, including implementation and enhancements.
• Expert-level proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL.
• Deep knowledge of the Eagle data model and related data processing architecture.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience providing L2 production support in a complex application support or managed services environment.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting investment operations, reporting, or data management platforms.
• Ability to drive technical solutions independently and provide guidance on best practices for Eagle and Vault implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
