Senior Vice President, Client Processing to join our
Loan Operations on Balance Sheet team. This role is located in
Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you9ll make an impact in the following ways:- Lead more advanced and complex analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate Client Processing systems.
- Manage complex external client issues including ongoing client servicing for various programs, post sales support, resolving operational issues, and product implementations.
- Provide extensive expertise in communicating needs and issues with internal and external clients.
- Actively contribute to innovative product development, product enhancement, and system testing to ensure products continue to accurately and efficiently process higher value transactions.
To be successful in this role, we9re seeking the following:- Bachelor9s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- 12-15 years of total work experience is preferred.
- Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.
- Experience in Collateralization and Loan Processing is highly preferred.
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
