This role sits at the heart of Asset Servicing's transformation journey, focused on driving operational alignment and execution of initiatives which span multiple commercial goals and platforms within AS, such as our integration with the Enterprise Lead to Ledger program. This multi-phase initiative is reshaping how clients are onboarded, serviced, measured, and billed-across platforms, functions, and the enterprise architecture. The SVP will lead critical planning and delivery efforts tied to commercial enablement, client lifecycle accuracy, SLA/SLD maturity, billing automation, and service group insights.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Program Management- Provide cross-functional leadership for the Lead to Ledger initiative including deals, onboarding, platform setup, billing, and SLA/SLD measurement.
- Own end-to-end planning and tracking of delivery milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation for transformation activities.
- Support enterprise-level change readiness across OASIS, UCM, UPM, eCRM, and associated reference data systems.
Business Analysis and Reference Data Strategy - Drive platform-wide client reference data standardization for service groups, invoice groups, and fund families
- Drive platform-wide product reference data standardization for marketing, risk and billing
- Partner with AS platform data leads to support data lake hydration and Operations data enablement for billing and client insights.
- Oversee the rollout and centralization of SLA and SLD documentation using Enterprise document repository, iCertis, and SLA Manager.
Governance & Change Execution- Drive alignment across Risk, Marketing, Product Practice, and Enterprise Architecture and Enablement stakeholders.
- Manage steering committee reporting, PI planning cycles, and performance trend visualization for decision-makers.
- Facilitate readiness reviews and documentation to accelerate go-lives and adoption.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 10-12 years of total work experience strongly preferred
- Strong background in data and ability to manage business, technical and operational teams on building sustained practices & coordination of integrating with key business processes
- Strategic delivery experience in transformation and planning in a complex, matrixed financial services environment.
- Proven experience managing cross-LOB and enterprise dependencies with attention to controls and documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills.
- Hands-on with project management tools and enterprise data platforms; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
