Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Application Development Manager to join our client platform team. This role is located in New York.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Manage medium to large-sized or multiple small teams responsible for all phases of the systems development and implementation process.
  • Provide analysis, design, development, testing and ongoing support for client area application systems across diverse development platforms, computing environments, software, hardware, technology and tools.
  • Analyze organizational needs for application development and interface with clients to ensure systems meet business requirements.
  • Ensure the availability, integrity and stability of production systems, and manage resources and response processes to address problems quickly.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in systems analysis and program development with related supervisory, management and administrative experience required.
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industries is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing one or more development teams and contributing to team objectives.
  • People leadership experience required, including recruiting, directing, motivating and developing staff.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
