Senior Vendor Manager
Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Vendor Manager at Sage that will be responsible for managing and optimizing the strategic partnership between Sage and Harland Clarke-Vericast, overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations across key programs, including Checks and Forms and Sage Security Shield. The position also plays a critical role in identifying, developing, and executing new revenue-generating opportunities and strategic initiatives to drive business growth.

• Lead strategic planning and execution across high-impact programs (Checks and Forms, Sage Security Shield) and the Harland Clarke-Vericast partnership
• Manage and strengthen partner relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and escalation resolution
• Identify, develop, and drive new revenue growth opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Oversee contract management, including reviewing terms, leading negotiations, and facilitating renewal discussions
• Deliver program performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to inform decision-making
• Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives and key projects aligned to business objectives
• Plan and lead virtual meetings and on-site Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with strategic partners
• Ensure alignment with Sage brand standards and compliance requirements across all partner engagements
• Lead reporting and analysis across multiple programs, translating data into actionable insights
Skills & Experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high attention to detail
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills and comfort leading virtual engagements (camera-on environment)
• Working knowledge of financial processes (e.g., AP/AR, sourcing)
• Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strategic thinker with the ability to interpret data and drive forward-looking insights
• Highly collaborative, with the ability to influence across teams and functions
• Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce preferred
• Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite
