Position: Senior Valve Engineer - New Product Development
Department: Research and Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Valve Engineer to lead our New Product Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing new product lines, including gate valves for slurry severe service, trunnion ball valves metal seated API 6D for severe service high temperature and high cycling, and API 6A ball valves rated at 15,000 psi. This role requires extensive experience in valve engineering and a deep understanding of industry codes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of new valve products, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer requirements.
• Conduct advanced engineering calculations and simulations to validate design concepts.
• Create and maintain comprehensive engineering documentation, including drawings and specifications.
• Oversee prototype development and testing, analyzing results and making necessary design adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical expertise and support.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in valve design and development.
