Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- Experience designing consumer products, camera or video creation tools, generative AI applications, or high-complexity consumer products.
- Experience in mobile design, video editing, and utilizing or contributing to design systems.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- 2 years of experience leading design projects.
- Experience with rapid prototyping and using generative AI platforms to build interactive workflows.

Responsibilities - Design, validate, and refine feature experiences for Shorts Creation Tools on YouTube.
- Work with user experience researchers (UXR) to understand and anticipate user trends and needs and iterate on design solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across YouTube to contribute to product design principles and guidelines for creation experiences.
- Build high-fidelity, interactive prototypes using Figma and Google AI Studio to demonstrate complex AI-driven workflows.
- Design seamlessly across multiple surfaces and touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive user journey through cross-functional collaboration.
