Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- 3 years of experience designing consumer facing products.
- Experience with visual design and designing personalized experiences.

Preferred qualifications:- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.

- Experience with AI concepts (e.g., generative AI, LLMs) and leveraging AI tools to enhance the design process.

As a Senior User Experience (UX) designer on the AI Personalization Experiences team, you will focus on personalization of the Discover surface and "leapfrogging" other experiences in the market with AI. In this role, you will be innovating visual experiences, design and new AI experiences that are personalized leveraging AI technology. Responsibilities - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
