$10,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires that meet the required qualifications and conditions for payment

Performs a variety of sonographic examinations relating to high-risk OB patients, including Fetal Echo. Expectations also include assisting the radiologist and/or perinatologist during invasive procedures. Makes a clinical judgement of the patient's condition, based on information obtained from the referring physician, medical records, patient interview and personal assessments.

Required Qualifications:
  • Coursework/Training: Graduate from an accredited Ultrasound training program and is board eligible or RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) in OB/GYN.
  • Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • 2 years' experience as an ultrasound technologist.
  • 1 year High-risk OB experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Diagnostic Ultrasound.
  • Upon hire: Registry with the ARDMS in Adult and Fetal Echocardiography.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
