As a UI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and architecture of the frontend systems that power our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain modern, scalable web applications using React and related frontend technologies.
- Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and user flows into high-quality, accessible UI components.
- Integrate and consume GraphQL APIs to power interactive, data-intensive interfaces.
- Maintain code quality through testing, documentation, and code reviews.
- Participate in agile development workflows including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong appreciation and support for our core values: low ego results, tireless service, and applied curiosity.
- 3 to 7 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience working with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React.
- Experience working with UX Design Teams.
- Experience building REST APIs / GraphQL to support a rich data-heavy visual user interface.
- Knowledge of Relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience adopting & using Agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication skills. You thrive by collaborating with multiple teams and use your communication skills to influence product directions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent experience

Depending on the nature and seniority of the role, a percentage of compensation may come in the form of a commission-based or discretionary bonus. Equity and additional benefits will also be awarded.
