Full Job Description
The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to company finances. You will work with accounting teams to help manage the cashflow requirement, arrange new financing and maintain the current debt portfolio.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Daily monitoring of credit availability and interest rates for all loan facilities.
  • Monthly inventory analysis for security margin review on operating loan facilities.
  • Monthly reporting to multiple financial institutions, including compliance certificates, margin reporting and other items as required.
  • Preparation of loan draw requests through coordination with third parties and internal teams, as required, to meet funding conditions as indicated in Commitment Letters.
  • Preparation, on-going tracking, and stakeholder management of Letter of Credit issues.
  • Preparation and analysis of requests for financing proposals in support of new loan requests, which include but are not limited to, commercial property mortgages, new commercial development projects, new housing development projects and land servicing development projects.
  • Creating and maintaining project development pro-formas for future loan reporting and draw requests.
  • Performing sensitivity analysis with respect to options for financing structures.
  • Financial analysis & due diligence with respect to investment & divestment of real estate assets & liabilities.
  • Prepare liquidity report for analyzing available funds in coordination with accounting department.
