Your Tasks

Banking & Cash Management • Serve as primary administrator and liaison for banking partners in the U.S. and Canada. • Monitor daily cash positions and liquidity requirements. • Perform bank account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. • Support cash pooling and intercompany cash management activities. • Manage bank service fees and evaluate banking products and services. • Maintain banking systems, user access, and related controls. • Recommend banking process improvements and automation opportunities.

Cash Forecasting & Liquidity Planning • Prepare and analyze short-term cash flow forecasts. • Support monthly and rolling liquidity forecasts. • Perform variance analysis and identify cash flow trends. • Coordinate with headquarters on liquidity and funding requirements. • Support strategic cash management and working capital initiatives. Foreign Exchange (FX) & Hedging • Develop and maintain foreign currency exposure forecasts. • Track and analyze foreign currency transactions. Insurance Administration • Coordinate annual insurance renewals and policy administration. • Manage Certificates of Insurance requests. • Support insurance premium allocation and cost recovery processes. • Act as liaison between brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders. • Recommend process improvements and best practices for insurance reporting and allocations. Pension & Retirement Plan Administration • Monitor pension and retirement plan contribution activities. • Track contribution funding, plan expenses, and disbursement accounts. • Coordinate quarterly pension review meetings. • Support audits, governance reviews, and related reporting activities. • Work with external service providers and advisors. Treasury Governance & Vendor Management • Manage vendor banking validation processes and related controls. • Coordinate external service provider relationships and contracts. • Maintain treasury-related documentation and policies. • Support implementation of treasury technologies and workflow solutions. • Assist with treasury expense forecasting and budget monitoring. Tax & Compliance Support • Coordinate treasury-related tax payments and funding requirements. • Support Director of Tax with federal, state, and local tax compliance activities. • Prepare monthly sales and use tax filing. • Assist with audits and information requests from external advisors. • Maintain compliance documentation and support regulatory filings. • Assist with unclaimed property and other compliance-related initiatives.

Process Improvement & Strategic Projects • Support and participate in treasury process improvement initiatives. • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and reporting enhancements. • Assist in developing treasury and management reporting dashboards. • Identify operational efficiencies and control enhancements. • Participate in cross-functional finance projects and digitalization initiatives. • Lead smaller improvement initiatives while supporting larger strategic projects.

Your Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. • 3-5 years of treasury, finance, accounting, banking, audit, or related experience. • Solid knowledge of cash management, banking operations, financial analysis, and internal controls. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • Experience with SAP, Treasury Management Systems, Power BI, or similar reporting tools. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple operational processes and coordinate activities across various stakeholders. Preferred • Treasury experience within a multinational organization. • Experience supporting compliance, audit, governance, or financial control activities. • Exposure to foreign exchange, cash forecasting, liquidity management, and process improvement initiatives. Base Salary Range: $65,700 - $95,200 base salary Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills and other factors.

The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting and managing treasury operations, cash management, banking relationships, foreign exchange activities, cash forecasting, pension administration support, insurance program administration, tax-related treasury processes, compliance activities, and process improvement initiatives. The role serves as a key liaison between internal business partners, external financial institutions, service providers, and global Treasury teams.
This position offers broad exposure across Treasury, Tax, Audit, Pension, Insurance, Compliance, and Governance activities. While providing opportunities for financial analysis, process improvement, and strategic projects, a significant portion of the role involves coordination, operational support, internal controls, documentation, compliance activities, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
The successful candidate will possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills, strong business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting complex operational processes and identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
This role reports to the Senior Treasury Manager and is based in Stamford, CT on a hybrid working model. Candidates must be able to commute to Stamford three days per week.
