The Senior Training & Quality Consultant - Programs & Affinity, is responsible to assess, design, develop, deliver and iterate content.
This role will proactively manage the end-to-end delivery of the Programs & Affinity core training programs. You will engage with key stakeholders to update and work on L&D initiatives aligned to business strategy. You will also engage with the global learning team to utilize best practices and to ensure alignment to our culture, goals and objectives.
In addition to planning, overseeing, and delivering training programs, the key to this position is to continually improve and evolve the instructional quality of all training programs by developing, implementing, and maintaining a quality framework that supports consistent standards and continuous improvement.
We will count on you to:- Design effective and engaging online courses, modules, and training materials. Develop clear learning objectives, outlines, storyboards, and scripts for online courses and modules.
- Seeks to improve learning and development methodologies and delivery. Conduct needs assessments, oversee and assist in the design, development, and implementation of quality improvement framework to ensure the organization is equipped to meet or exceed service standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on quality assurance matters, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders and representing the organization in industry forums and working groups.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
- Facilitate instructor-led, face to face and virtual soft skill trainings. Review and integrate feedback from learning data to maintain and enhance quality of learning experience
- Provide ongoing reporting and insights into the learning effectiveness, compliance and skill confirmation success rates.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to staff teams to enhance their skills and abilities in change management. Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of training and quality activities including areas for enhancement of methodology, learning and process changes identified through insights gained from QA reviews.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a quality framework to support consistent standards and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular work audits to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement based on audit findings and recommend and support corrective actions, process refinements, and best practices.

What you need to have:- 5+ years' experience in a similar role in learning & development environment including instructional design methodologies, change management learning technologies, facilitation and project management.
- Experience in operational quality assurance or related role with similar responsibilities. In depth knowledge in the areas of L&D, Adult Learning principles, learning management technology or equivalent work experience in a related field
- Proven experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and web design/development. Demonstrated expertise leveraging innovative learning technologies including social, mobile, micro-learning and gamification.
- Highly developed leadership skills, with the ability to lead, coach and mentor employees. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize, balance conflicting tasks and manage internal and external stakeholders

Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $64,200 to $114,200.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
