Position Senior TPM- Reliability & Predictive Maintenance Engineer Location USA, Louisville, KY How You'll Create Possibilities As a Senior TPM/Reliability and Predictive Maintenance Engineer, you will: 37 Champion the implementation of the TPM system and culture, guiding the plant toward operational excellence. 37 Lead TPM events and mentor operators and supervisors on maintaining equipment and driving continuous improvement. 37 Develop and sustain robust processes, procedures, and asset management practices to ensure reliability in current and future operations. 37 Implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and reduce total costs. 37 Foster a reliability-focused culture by identifying proactive maintenance requirements, analyzing performance, and addressing failures through Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and other methodologies. What You'll Bring to Our Team Minimum Qualifications 37 5+ years of experience in reliability, engineering, or a related field. 37 Expertise in maintenance and reliability processes such as: 37 Maintenance planning and scheduling 37 Lubrication management 37 Vibration and thermal analysis 37 Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) 37 Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) 37 Statistical and criticality analysis 37 Advanced computer, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 37 Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. 37 Capability to train and mentor others on TPM, Maintenance Strategies (CBM, PDM, PM), and equipment reliability fundamentals. Preferred Qualifications 37 Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred). 37 Certifications such as: 37 Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) 37 Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) 37 Level 1 Vibration Analyst, Thermography, Airborne Ultrasound, or Machinery Lubrication Technician 37 Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. 37 Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and processes.
