Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in semiconductor testing, product engineering, or test engineering.
• Experience with ATE systems including Advantest V93K, Teradyne uFlex & J750, and associated test programs.
• Proficient in executing bench tests and using lab equipment like power supplies and oscilloscopes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in hardware issues.
• Ability to interpret schematics and engineering documentation.
• Excellent practical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with load boards, DUT interfaces, and ATE hardware components.

Responsibilities

• Support ASIC silicon bring-up, validation, and characterization at both bench and ATE environments.
• Set up and debug ATE test systems, including load boards and cabling setups.
• Execute and troubleshoot ATE test programs while assisting Test Engineers in debugging.
• Perform bench measurements with various laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes and DMMs.
• Troubleshoot device under test (DUT), test hardware, and instrumentation issues reliably.
• Conduct characterization across a range of operating conditions including voltage and temperature.
• Collect, analyze, and document characterization data thoroughly.
• Ensure test equipment calibration, verification, and maintenance are up to standard.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.
