We are looking for a Senior Automation Lead who is highly hands-on with Playwright and Karate and passionate about driving quality through automation. The role involves leading automation efforts for UI and API testing while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Your role
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions using Playwright and Karate.
- Perform functional testing of REST/SOAP APIs and validate business requirements.Execute API testing using Postman, Swagger, and Karate, validating payloads, status codes, headers, and error handling.
- Analyze requirements and API specifications to create comprehensive test scenarios and ensure complete coverage.
- Log, track, and verify defects, collaborating with developers and business stakeholders for resolution.
- Participate in test planning, integration testing, regression testing, and test reporting.
Your skills and experience
- Experience of QA and test automation experience with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Playwright and Karate Framework.
- Extensive experience in REST/SOAP API testing and automation.
- Proficiency with Postman, Swagger, REST Assured, and Karate.
- Experience with Java/JavaScript/TypeScript, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: :$82,082 - $193,440.
