Senior Technology Project / Program Manager will drive
end-to-end supply chain execution and cross-functional coordination to support reliable fulfillment of customer and business commitments across Intel Foundry.
This role is responsible for ensuring disciplined execution across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, finance, and supporting organizations. Acting as an
internal execution hub, the role focuses on translating demand and supply signals into coordinated operational actions, resolving constraints, and maintaining execution rigor in a highly matrixed environment.
The position balances
hands-on execution accountability with the ability to help define and implement
scalable operating models, workflows, systems, and governance needed to support Intel Foundry's long-term growth. The ideal candidate brings strong supply chain execution experience, exceptional collaboration skills, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity while maintaining delivery focus.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Execution & Operational Delivery- Drive end-to-end supply chain execution supporting customer and business commitments.
- Translate demand signals, forecasts, and supply changes into coordinated operational actions across internal teams and partners.
- Ensure execution and follow-through of purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP and Ariba, partnering with sourcing and procurement teams as appropriate.
- Track order acknowledgments, lead times, shipment status, and delivery commitments to ensure execution discipline.
- Identify, manage, and resolve execution issues, risks, and constraints impacting supply continuity.
- Support prioritization and escalation of competing operational demands to protect delivery commitments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Integration- Serve as a strong integrator across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, finance, and systems teams.
- Drive alignment, accountability, and shared ownership across cross-functional execution workflows.
- Facilitate clear communication and coordination to prevent execution gaps.
- Partner effectively with stakeholders who have different priorities and incentives in a matrixed environment.
Process Development & Execution Excellence- Deliver near-term results using existing tools, systems, and processes.
- Contribute to improvements in standard work, governance, and execution cadence.
- Support development of scalable, repeatable workflows and operating practices.
- Help strengthen execution reliability as the organization continues to evolve.

Qualifications:You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Note: This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorshipA Master's or MBA in Business, Supply chain, Engineering or related fields and with 8 + years of experience.
In addition, you must have 8+ years of experience with the following:- Experience in supply chain, procurement, order management, customer operations, manufacturing coordination, or related disciplines.
- Experience managing demand, purchase orders, supply coordination, escalation management or execution workflows in a complex environment.
- Improving or building operational processes in a changing organization.
- Experience working cross-functionally with planning, sourcing, operations, logistics, finance, or account teams.
- Working with ERP systems such as SAP and/or procurement tools like Ariba.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience supporting strategic customer accounts or customer fulfillment operations.
- Previous related work experience in a semiconductor foundry preferred.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $167,740.00-236,810.00 USD
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
