Position Description: The Senior Technology Product Analyst serves as a strategic partner within the Real Estate Lending technology organization, driving the alignment of business objectives, operational needs, and technology solutions. This role leverages deep expertise in mortgage lending processes, product analysis, and enterprise technologies to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and deliver innovative solutions that support organizational growth and transformation.
Working across business, operations, and technology teams, the Senior Technology Product Analyst leads the analysis, design, and delivery of technology initiatives that enhance lending capabilities, streamline processes, and improve the overall member/customer experience. This role plays a critical part in advancing digital transformation efforts, modernizing lending platforms, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling data-driven decision-making through scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
This position is eligible for remote work within the United States. Candidates located near the CGI Fairfax office or another CGI office may have opportunities for periodic in-person collaboration as business needs require.
Your future duties and responsibilities: The Senior Technology Product Analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders, lending operations, and technology teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions that support Real Estate Lending objectives. This role will lead the analysis of business processes, identify opportunities for system enhancements and automation, and translate complex needs into actionable product requirements. The analyst will manage and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs while supporting all phases of the product lifecycle from discovery through implementation. Additionally, this position will leverage data insights to drive decision-making, support regulatory compliance, and contribute to technology modernization initiatives, including cloud-based and integrated solutions. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, fostering cross-functional partnerships, mentoring team members, and helping drive strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and member/customer experience.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . 8 - 10 years of experience in product analysis, business systems analysis, or technology product delivery in enterprise environments (preferably financial services or mortgage lending)
. Strong experience in Real Estate Lending / Mortgage domain, including end to end lifecycle knowledge.
. Advanced understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, APIs, and data models.
. Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and modern architecture patterns (preferred). (Enhanced)
. Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to derive insights and recommend data driven solutions.
. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to communicate effectively across technical and non technical audiences.
. Proven ability to collaborate across teams, manage stakeholders, and build strong working relationships.
. Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, mentor team members, and influence strategic decisions using data.
. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
. Develop and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria with a focus on delivering tangible business value and ensuring that features are aligned with user needs and market demands.
. Perform other related duties as assigned.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $100,800.00 - $176,300.00.
