Role summary:

The (USA) Senior Technology Operations role involves leading the planning, monitoring, and execution of medium-complexity technology programs aligned with strategic objectives. This position requires expertise in risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and financial management to ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. The role demands strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence cross-functional teams and drive process improvements. The incumbent will support technology strategy implementation by translating business needs into actionable plans, fostering collaboration, and promoting operational excellence across multiple projects and stakeholders.
What you'll do:
  • Lead program estimation, risk assessment, and resource planning for projects of small to medium complexity.
  • Monitor and control program progress, ensuring alignment with approved milestones and timelines.
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination meetings to address schedule, risks, and dependencies.
  • Build stakeholder consensus through clear, concise communication and data-driven recommendations.
  • Manage financial aspects including budgeting and cost monitoring across multiple projects.
  • Define program goals, deliverables, and schedules aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Support technology domain stakeholders by translating business needs into actionable solutions.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and promote adherence to company policies and standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $88,000.00 - $171,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
