The Healthcare Mobilization Team is an elite group of subject matter experts equipped with the experience, tools, resources, and proven implementation processes needed to successfully launch new healthcare accounts across North America. As
Senior Technical Support, Patient Dining, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting new business openings by implementing Sodexo's patient dining solutions, standardizing best practices, and ensuring operational excellence from day one.
In this highly collaborative role, you'll partner with operational leaders, clinical teams, and implementation specialists across the country to successfully deploy patient dining programs that enhance the patient experience and establish a strong operational foundation for long-term success.
Candidates should reside near a major U.S. airport. Travel is estimated at 50-80% throughout North America.What You'll DoAs the
Senior Technical Support, Patient Dining you will serve as the operational and technical expert responsible for implementing Sodexo's Patient Dining solutions during new account mobilizations.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead patient dining implementation activities for new healthcare account openings
- Utilize project management tools and implementation methodologies to successfully execute mobilization projects
- Configure and deploy Sodexo Patient Dining solutions while ensuring alignment with healthcare operational standards
- Support implementation of healthcare technology platforms related to patient dining and meal service
- Develop standardized workflows and operational delivery models to improve consistency across new openings
- Verify proper implementation and utilization of Sodexo tools, systems, and operational processes
- Conduct operational assessments and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Develop monetized action plans and operational recommendations that support long-term client success
- Partner with Operations, Clinical Nutrition, Technology, Supply Management, and project teams throughout implementation
- Provide onsite training, coaching, and technical support to frontline managers and client leadership
- Interpret Sodexo policies, procedures, and healthcare standards while making sound business decisions with minimal supervision
- Ensure successful transition from implementation to ongoing operations

What You BringThe ideal candidate will bring a unique combination of patient dining expertise, operational leadership, and implementation experience.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) preferred but not required
- Healthcare food service leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience leading patient dining operations in an acute care hospital
- Strong understanding of bedside dining, patient meal service, therapeutic diets, and patient satisfaction initiatives
- Experience implementing or supporting patient dining technology platforms
- Project management or implementation experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, travel-intensive environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare technology systems
Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree in a relevant filed or equivalent work experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 5 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) or HTM
