Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and niche technical roles, including executive-level positions (e.g., VP of Machine Learning).
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
Source, engage, and assess top-tier talent across domains such as:
Harbor Engineering
Software Engineering
IT Infrastructure
Cybersecurity
Mentor and guide junior recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of candidate experience.
Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on hiring goals and timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience recruiting for senior-level technical roles, ideally in high-growth or enterprise environments.
Demonstrated success in sourcing hard-to-find talent using a variety of tools and techniques.
Strong understanding of technical domains and ability to speak credibly with candidates and hiring managers.
Experience working in fast-paced environments with high-volume hiring needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of strategic hiring initiatives.
Comfortable with various ATS and CRM systems (system experience is flexible).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience recruiting in one or more of the following industries: Harbor Engineering, Software Development, IT, Security.
Prior experience mentoring or leading junior recruiters.
Familiarity with hiring in multiple geographies, especially NY, Seattle, and Santa Monica.
