About You- Ideally 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience, but I care less about "years of experience" and more about the impact and results of your work. I believe you can have 3 years of recruiting experience and be stronger than someone with 10.
- You have partnered with Engineering Leaders successfully and ideally hired for senior backend engineers, fullstack engineers, frontend engineers, engineering leadership
- You will be constantly thinking of how to represent Hightouch with candidates in this competitive market
- You are a strong driver of the hiring manager/recruiter relationship and are able to build a strong and trustworthy partnership.
- You have a proven track record for identifying and engaging qualified candidates through all channels (sourcing, referrals, inbound).
- You're able to juggle various roles at once and you use creative strategies to build a consistent, humming pipeline.
- You thrive and ruthlessly prioritize in a constantly changing environment.
- You are creative and resourceful in problem-solving to ensure that you always get the job done.
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $220,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.
