Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on backend roles in high-performance engineering
• Background in recruiting for trading firms, hedge funds, or high-frequency trading (HFT) environments
• Demonstrated success in identifying and closing candidates with specialized skill sets
• Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data-driven recruitment practices

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess candidates for technical skills and cultural fit
• Ensure high-quality recruitment processes by managing pipeline activity and candidate experiences
